Crock Pot Sweet Potatoes
6 Medium yams - peeled & cubed
1 1/2 c applesauce
2/3 c brown sugar
3t butter, melted
1t cinnamon
1/2 c nuts, chopped
Place sweet potatoes in pot. Mix other ingredients and spoon over yams.
Cook on low 6-8 hours. Sprinkle with nuts
